Since 1976, Nikolai’s Roof, located on the 30th floor of the Hilton Atlanta, has impressed patrons and restaurant critics with its masterfully prepared French and Russian dishes by Chef Olivier De Busschere, panoramic views of the Atlanta skyline, enchanting ambiance and impeccable dining staff. We are now the 2nd longest standing fine dining restaurant in Atlanta. 2008 marked the 20th year that Nikolai’s Roof has been the recipient of the highly coveted AAA 4 Diamond Award.
