Researching the best products from around the globe is essential to the success of any restaurant. We work with organic farmers, fisherman and local game farms to find the products that represent our high standard. Utilizing the freshest of ingredients and simple cooking methods is the base of our cuisine.

Hand in hand with chef’s commitment is our passion to find great food and wine pairings. One of our specialties is great boutique wines from little known producers or regions that compliment Chef's intense flavors.
